Common Questions

How do I create an account?

Open the SuperSwap app and tap "Sign up." You can register with email and password, or sign in with Google, Apple, or Discord. You must be at least 18 years old to use SuperSwap.

How does trading work?

Add cards you own to your "For Trade" list and cards you're looking for to your "Wanted" list. SuperSwap automatically suggests potential trades with users near you. When you find a match, message the other user and arrange an in-person meetup to exchange cards.

How is my location used?

SuperSwap uses your approximate location to find trade matches with nearby users. Your exact location is never shared with other users, nor is it saved on our servers, only an approximation is saved to be used for matching and nearby card browsing. You can adjust or disable location access in your device settings at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

I'm having trouble with a trade or another user.

If a trade went wrong or another user is behaving inappropriately, you can report them directly from their profile or the messages conversation with that user in the app. For urgent issues, email support@superswap.gg with the user's display name and a description of what happened.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings, and select "Delete Account." This permanently removes your profile, lists, and trade history according to our privacy policy. If you can't access the app, email support@superswap.gg from your registered email address and we'll process the deletion for you.
